Gigabyte upgrades the GA-G41MT-S2P, GA-M68MT-S2P and GA-H55M-S2V motherboards

At the recently-held CES 2011, Gigabyte showcased its new line-up of dedicated gaming motherboards dubbed the G1-Killer series. Long after this prestigious event, the company enters Indian soil with three new upgraded motherboard models christened the GA-G41MT-S2P, GA-M68MT-S2P and GA-H55M-S2V. These offerings claim to include loads of features in order to provide a better performance when pitted against its predecessors.

The GA-G41MT-S2P consists of the Intel G41 + ICH7 chipset as well as Ultra Durable 2 technology, 3TB+ HDD Support, Solid Capacitors for CPU VRM, 4-phase power design, Gigabyte patented DualBIOS and Audio upgrade. Up next is the NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a motherboard called GA-M68MT-S2P which is infused with many new attributes. These include the company’s 3x USB Power design and Core Boost technology. Users can also expect the motherboards to offer 3TB+ HDD Support, W / FTP port, 4-phase power design, DualBIOS and Ultra Durable 2 technology.

The last of the trio is the GA-H55M-S2V that enters India with the Intel H55 Express chipset and new features. The new attributes this motherboard boasts of comprise the Ultra Durable 2 technology and RGB+DVI port on rear I/O and 4-phase power design. The GA-G41MT-S2P, GA-M68MT-S2P and GA-H55M-S2V respectively replace the GA-G41MT-S2, GA-M68MT-S2 and GA-H55M-S2.

Gigabyte endows the GA-G41MT-S2P, GA-M68MT-S2P and GA-H55M-S2V with individual street prices of Rs. 2,900, Rs. 2,700 and Rs. 3,900.
