MSI deals out R5770 Hawk graphics card

MSI R5770 Hawk Here’s a bit of news that might interest almost anyone who calls themself an ardent gamer. MSI’s Hawk graphics card series has taken off with their first offering in this line called the R5770. It features 7 + 1-phase power supply and lends support to GPU voltage overclocking.

The card’s 7 + 1-phase power architecture supplies additional power to the GPU and memory to reach almost 20% overclocking. This Lightening series successor is touted to be constructed out of military class components. Its Twin Frozr II thermal design takes care of heat dissipation with three heat pipes that draw away excess heat from the video card.

Incorporated Afterburner software permits memory clock and GPU clock tweaks as also GPU voltage adjustments. Voltage measurements are rendered via an external multimeter too. The card is attributed with Hi-c CAP for the GPU power supply and solid state capacitors to extend its service life.

MSI has not made any clear mention regarding pricing and availability details of their Hawk series R5770 graphics card as yet.
