Ricoh unveils the all-new Aficio SP C420DN color laser printer. This printer aims at businesses in color-intensive environments. The new SP C420DN gives high productivity printing with speed and also a simple user interface that provides low cost of ownership.
The Aficio SP C420DN not only offers low cost per page, as compared to any printer model in its class but also has a high-speed printing and top-quality image resolution. You can print color, or black and white images at a rate of 31 pages/ minute. It features documents up to 1200 x 1200 dots-per-inch, 4- line LCD control panel and you can check supply levels or access menu options in a few short steps.

The Aficio SP C420DN supports paper up to 57lb. Bond / 120 lb and can hold up to 2,300 sheets. It maximizes efficiency by minimizing the need for regular paper reloading. It features 31 pages-per-minute in full color and B&W, Warm-Up Time of less than 30 seconds, 120V, 60V Power Source, 990W or less Maximum Power Consumption, 100 sheets of bypass tray, 550 sheets of Optional Paper Feed Unity and Output Capacity of 500 sheets. It measures 17.6″(W) x 23.2″(D) x 19.2″(H) and weighs 110. lbs. or less.
The SP C420DN provides a power-saving sleep mode that helps save energy and related costs. It also has a standard automatic duplex mode that reduces paper usage. The Aficio SP C420DN is expected to be priced at $1,299.
