Xerox Corporation has released its new affordable color laser printer, dubbed the Phaser 6125, in the US. With the ability to provide high-quality prints at up to 12 pages per minute in color and 16 pages per minute in black and white, the printer is an ideal product for budget-conscious small and mid-size businesses.
The company’s energy-efficient Emulsion Aggregation High Gloss Toner has been included in the 6125 to utilize less toner on the page as compared to traditional toners. It has been developed for insurance agencies, marketing firms and contractors.
This easy-to-use color laser printer features pre-installed toner cartridges, a faster 333MHz processor, networking and internal memory of up to 1 GB. Users can quickly start printing important data, including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and complex documents with graphics and charts, when needed.

The latest Phaser printer is equipped with Xerox’s CentreWare IS software that sends pop-up message on users’ computers, when the device is facing problems. Furthermore, it also provides warning in regards to more toner needed to complete a large print job.
Xerox’s Phaser 6125 printer packs in a 250-sheet paper tray and supports Microsoft Vista. It delivers great quality of printing to an array of media types and sizes such as labels, card stock, business cards and envelopes.
Backed with one-year onsite warranty, the Xerox Phaser 6125 color laser printer is available in North America, Europe and Latin America for $349 (approx. Rs. 13,960).
