Vodafone has introduced a mobile broadband dongle, called the USB Stick Pro, in the European and American market.
As a standard feature, it offers HSDPA connectivity. It is capable of delivering download speed of 7.2 Mbps and an upload speed of 2 Mbps.
The USP of the Vodafone USB modem is that it doubles as a storage device with a support for up to 4 GB microSD card. It also comes with a space saving retractable USB connector.
The Vodafone USB Modem Stick Pro is compatible with PCs and laptops along with Mac systems. On PC and laptops, the dongle work effectively with Microsoft Windows XP or Vista operating system. Moreover, it also supports OS X 10.3.9 Jaguar or higher for Mac.
Vodafone is offering the mobile broadband 3 GB plan for £10 per month and 5 GB plan for £15 per month for the first three months.
