T-Mobile spills out a new portfolio of Samsung messaging-friendly phones

Social networking addicts who can’t seem to stop messaging their friends or update their status and tweets multiple times in a day are going to drool over these offerings. T-Mobile USA now offers three fetching mobiles phones from Samsung’s portfolio namely the Samsung Gravity 3, Samsung Gravity T and Samsung Smiley.

With full QWERTY keyboard integrated in these phones, the Samsung portfolio enables users to easily stay in touch with their friends and family. The new handsets are beautifully designed to suit users’ individual preferences while providing easy access to the Internet. To make things even better, T-Mobile’s web2go service is included in these phones.

Each of these handsets include a new social networking feature ‘T-Mobile Social Buzz’ which combines all popular social networking sites into one application. Keeping users updated all the time, Social Buzz keeps running in the background even when not in use and shows pop-up message notifications to the mobile’s home screen. Users can either visit each site on separate screens or view an aggregated screen which consists of messages clubbed together from all the communities.

The two new next-generation Gravity devices are available in two designs sporting both a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a complete messaging suite, including Exchange and personal e-mail capability, calendar and contacts. Apart from this, the Gravity 3 offers an external T9 keyboard whereas the Gravity T adorns a 2.8-inch touchscreen. Both the Gravity handsets subsume a 2-megapixel camera and camcorder, built-in music player, HTML browser and support for up to 16GB of expandable memory.

“We’re proud to continue the popular Gravity series of devices with sleeker designs and a fully customizable touch screen on the Gravity T, as well as introduce the Smiley with T-Mobile. Besides, the device is enriched with an easy-to-use interface, a built-in camera and camcorder, a music player and support for expandable memory.

The Gravity 3, Gravity T and Samsung Smiley phones are now available from T-Mobile retail stores, online and through select dealers.
