Verizon Wireless and Samsung have put forth the Reality handset which will hit shelves on April 22. The sleek and stylish Samsung Reality will be made available in Piano Black and City Red colors. The device adorns a 3-inch touchscreen display, full horizontal slide-out QWERTY, customizable widgets and multiple messaging options.

The Samsung Reality features the TouchWiz interface, offering specially designed widgets to customize and personalize phones. The Communities widget lets users update social networking sites, post pictures and upload videos to YouTube and other Web sites instantly.

Some more highlights of the Reality include full suite of messaging options including text, picture, video, 3.2 megapixel camera with Night Shot Mode and also single, multi, panorama, mosaic and frame shot modes alongside video capture capabilities. In addition, photo editing features, Bluetooth technology, Corporate Email (formerly RemoSync) support for Microsoft Office Exchange, microSD card slot expandable up to 16GB. It also brings lifestyle features for today’s trendy and modish users such as access to social networking services, VZ Navigator, Visual Voice Mail, Media Center and personal organizer.

The Samsung Reality will be made available on April 22 through Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and also at verizonwireless.com for $79.99 (approx Rs. 3,568) after a $50 mail-in rebate and a new two-year customer agreement. Users can reap maximum benefits from the Reality by subscribing to Nationwide Talk or Nationwide Talk & Text plan and also purchase a data package which begins at $9.99 per month for 25 megabytes with Mobile Email.
