There’s no denying it – smartphone’s do tend to generate an inordinate amount of excitement among gadget buffs. Manufacturers may try hard to keep them under wraps, but avoiding those seemingly ever-vigilant enthusiasts has proven impossible in the past. Why should it be any different for the HTC Incredible? Pocketnow recently managed to uncover images of the phone and a few specifications.
The handset runs Google’s Android 2.1 Mobile OS with HTC Sense. It is expected to come powered by a Snapdragon processor and offer users 256MB of RAM. The device appears to sport a 3.5†or 3.7†AMOLED WVGA display screen. Its exterior features dual LED flashes on the back and an optical mouse pointer towards the bottom.
HTC has not released any official word on the smartphone’s launch, though Verizon is cited to be the phone’s carrier. Hopefully, it won’t be an insufferably long wait before the manufacturers decide to reveal more details on this ‘Incredible’ device.
