Sony Ericsson Equinox coming to T-Mobile

Sony Ericsson stylish handset for this fall called the Equinox will now be made available via T-Mobile. This stylish handset is said to reflect individualism through its unique features. The highlight of the Equinox is its pulsating night effect which ensures that users will never miss a call or text message.

The Equinox is a 3G enabled handset that claims to pass a chic style statement. It comes embedded with built-in GPS technology. The handset allows users to give up to five contacts, a unique night pulsating effect. The custom light features are available in Amber, Sapphire, Beryl, Diamond, and Amethyst. The array of changing wall paper themes ensures that the handset is always color coordinated with the custom light.

“The Sony Ericsson Equinox phone echoes Sony Ericsson’s tradition of style, personalization and multimedia,” said Karen Morris, vice president of marketing, Sony Ericsson. “With a host of dynamic features that put the power of personality in your hands, it’s a stunning 3G phone that reflects the mood of each individual user.”

The Equinox boasts of its 3.2 megapixel camera that comes integrated with an application that lets users shoot videos and upload them directly to social networking sites like YouTube. The other features of this Sony Ericsson handset include FM radio and support for Stereo Bluetooth and gesture control technologies.

The Sony Ericsson Equinox will be exclusively available at select T-Mobile retail stores as well as online via T-Mobile’s official website. The handset will be available starting from October 28. The pricing details are still unknown.
