Fujitsu F-04B Handset These days smartphones try to incorporate each piece of technology that would make them stand apart from the rest. One such smartphone is the Fujitsu F-04B which allows users to attach an 854 x 480 pico-projector in place of the keyboard, reports Gizmodo.

This innovative smartphone is built of up to three layers, which seemingly slide together to present a Bluetooth-connected smartphone. Apparently, the Fujitsu smartphone boasts of a 3.4-inch touchscreen and a keyboard unit, each with its own Lithium-Ion battery. It is believed that the keyboard doubles as a microphone, speaker and gamepad.

Users can attach the pico projector that offers 6 lumens brightness and equips an 800mAh battery that delivers 2 hours usage time at the highest luminance. The F-04B sports an amazing 12.2 megapixel camera. When the keyboard is separated, it interacts with the screen via Bluetooth. Further, it also acts as a remote control when the pico-projector is used. It is unknown which OS drives this handset.

Reportedly, the handset was initially introduced as a prototype at CEATEC 2008. The pricing and availability details of the handset are still under wraps.
