T-Mobile Pulse now available in UK

T-Mobile Pulse Handset

The long awaited T-Mobile Pulse is finally available for purchase in the UK, reports Engadget. The Android based Pulse has been in news for quite sometime now. We earlier reported a leak that revealed the specifications of this handset. The Pulse that was earlier known as the Huawei 8220, flaunts a slightly larger than usual display.

Measuring 135mm x 63mm x 136mm, the Pulse flaunts a large 3.5-inch display. This auto-rotating screen promises to display images in bright and vibrant colors. The handset claims to provide a talktime of 4 hours and 30 mins or a standby time of up to 300 hours. Weighing approximately 130g, this phone is said to get completely charged in just 4 hours.

The handset features a 3.2 megapixel camera with zoom and video recording capability. The Entertainment features of this handset include MP3 player, games and Mobile Jukebox. The Pulse is said to offer support for 3G, GPRS, Sat Nav as well as mobile broadband connectivity.

T-Mobile is offering the Pulse free of cost to customers who agree to sign a two year contract. The company will also offer users the option to purchase this handset for £176.16 (approx. Rs. 13,407) under the pay as you go scheme.
