Acer augments its new Aspire TimelineX series for India with two new laptops namely, the Aspire 5830T and 5830TG. The new notebooks come equipped with the latest Intel second generation Core i3 and Core i5 processors.
Acer has redesigned the look of its products, with a new sleek and stylish appearance. The new TimelineX notebooks are embedded with Acer clear.Fi, designed to provide entertainment solutions and DLNA sharing. Users can easily play and store music, videos and other media almost anywhere using the cloud service. With high-definition audio and Dolby Theatre v4, the Aspire 5830T and 5830TG feature two in-built 3DSonic Stereo speakers delivering crisp sound. In addition, the HDMI output transmits HD video and audio to external devices.

The laptops obtain extreme performance abilities with the Intel Turbo Boost feature. The PowerSmart technology claims to provide an extended battery life of up to eight hours, allowing users to do more with their notebooks. Battery status and other information are depicted by a LED indicator. Being equipped with USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0 +HS and Wi-Fi, users can acquire fast transfer speeds with compatible devices.
Both devices come with an HD LED-backlight widescreen 15.6†display and are powered by the Nvidia G540M GPU. Also the chiclet keyboard makes typing easier and accurate, while the multi-gesture touchpad provides better control.
The Acer TimelineX series Aspire 5830T and 5830TG notebooks start at a price of Rs. 32,999 exclusive of taxes in India.
