AMD teams with Clevo to offer notebooks to emerging mobile markets

To bring about the best to entry-level notebooks, AMD is all set to elevate the mobile graphics usually found in these systems. AMD promises to bring to users superior graphics and video capabilities on a larger screen compared to the similarly priced netbooks for upcoming mobile markets like Brazil and Taiwan.

The company teams up with a Taiwan based notebook manufacturer to make available AMD based devices. The Clevo notebooks powered with AMD platform technology will combine ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics, AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor and AMD M690G chipset.
