Dell intros Studio Series of Colorful Notebook

Studio is here to express and personalize your laptop. Dell has unleashed its latest line up of notebook PCs, termed as Studio for middle-level and style-conscious masses. Fitting between Dell’s low-end Inspiron and high-end XPS, this range comes in two versions, namely in 15-inch and 17-inch models and in seven different lively colors.

Powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processors, both the laptops run on Windows Vista operating system and employ up to 320 GB HDD, optional Blu-ray or DVD disk drive, 802.11b/g wireless connectivity, a built-in webcams, an optional LED displays that boasts to provide superior graphics performance as compared to the traditional LCD screens.

Both the Dell Studio laptops have an alternative for internet browsing. Users can either utilize Verizon Wireless or Sprint network for accessing an optional built-in broadband connectivity. The newest laptops are also pre-installed with Dell Video Chat to stay in touch with loved ones. They can record, send video emails and also enjoy PC-to-PC phone calls around the world. The interesting thing is that the application is four-way calling compliant.

Moreover, Dell Dock application is also added into the Studio notebook to automatically sort installed software applications on the PC into user friendly categories. This customizable task assists you to choose its anchor location, background and font color of the program and icons on the desktop screen.

Get a custom color option with its wide range of color tones that include plum purple, tangerine orange, flamingo pink, midnight blue, ruby red, spring green, or jet black. In addition, the graphite grey color shade helps users to bring contrasting look by adding black, blue, pink, or red edge trim around the display’s back.

Dell has rolled out Studio notebooks that cost $799 (approx. Rs. 34,175) for the 15-inch model and $999 (approx. Rs. 42,725) for the 17-inch version.
