MSI has introduced its latest lightweight laptop, dubbed Wind. Weighing around a kilogram, the notebook is aimed at globe trotters.
Supporting either Linux or Windows operating system, the Wind is equipped with Bluetooth 2.0, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, LED power-saving backlight technology for better colour richness and brightness, a 1024 x 600 resolution and two screen size options, one is 8.9-inch and other is 10-inch.
It includes internet browsing function, ergonomic keyboard, 1GB of RAM memory, 2.5-inch standard 80GB HDD and up to 7 hours of battery life, delivering simple operating conditions for everyone’s everyday use. No word on what processor has been used.
MSI Wind notebook will roll out in the European market by June. The price is expected to range between €299 and €699 (approx. Rs. 18,840 – 44,000).
