After the release of HD-DVD player, Onkyo has announced to launch iPod-friendly CD players namely CBX-Z10 and CBX-Z20.
The new players give users the choice to listen to their favorite music from iPod as well as CDs. Besides, the new players include ten-watts of amplification, video output, a headphone jack, and an Acoustic Drive speaker technology from Onkyo.
The CBX-Z10 and CBX-Z20 allow users to watch videos or photos stored in the iPod or CD on the television set through RCA cable.
Both the devices boast radio function with AM/FM tuning and a clock with alarm function, and presets.
The CBX-Z20 speaker has comparatively larger cabinet design and also includes an extra damper to reduce vibration. The CBX-Z10 comes in white color while the Z-20 would be available in black finish.
Onkyo plans to ship the CBX-Z10 and CBX-Z20 players in the Japanese market on August 24th at the price of ¥43,000(around Rs. 14,830) and ¥50,000 (approx Rs. 17,250) respectively. Onkyo has not revealed any information about the global launch of these products.
