Astraware has announced the launch of the Broadgames for Symbian S60 and UIQ smartphones. Featuring 8 classic boardgames including Reversi, Chess, and Backgammon, the Astraware Boardgames is stated to be the first title from Astraware to be available on Symbian and UIQ platform.
In the Astraware Boardgames, gamers will have to play the game in 3 levels, offering a nice easy game for beginners and a harder difficulty level if you are confident enough to win it too. The other games include Ludo, Checkers, Nine Men’s Morris, Snakes and Ladders and Tic Tac Toe.
Players are provided with many options to choose from, that include against the computer, alongside other players, and with your choice of rules. The gameplay and graphics ensure a feeling of classic board games, played on wooden boards, with traditional playing pieces and satisfying piece movement.
This game is compatible with Symbian S60 3rd Edition devices such as Nokia N95 and E61, and with UIQ 3 devices like the Sony Ericsson P1i and Motorola RIZR Z8. The Astraware Boardgames also support various languages that include English, Spanish, German and Portuguese.
