Transcend announces Classic PF810 Digital Photo Frame with Touch-Sensitive Keys

Transcend Classic PF810 Digital Photo Frame

Transcend unveils its latest digital photo frame, dubbed the Classic PF810, in two different color shades such as Black (PF810B) and White (PF810W).

It is housed in a lustrous outer frame adorned with a subtle yet elegant interlocking pattern.

The fashionable Transcend PF810 is based on a unique LED lighted touch-sensitive menu interface and sports an extra-bright 8-inch color TFT LCD display with a resolution of 800 x 600pixels and 4:3 aspect ratio.

It is compatible with digital camera JPG and BMP formats to showcase photos in a slideshow, tiled thumbnail and one-at-a-time view. All the images can be stored on a 2 GB of built-in flash memory.

Furthermore, the Classic PF810 comes equipped with AOS (Automatic Orientation Sensor) function that is capable to automatically adjust image placement on the screen for optimal viewing. It also features a new NaturaTone intelligent skin color processing and user-selectable color modes to evaluate the makeup of each picture and augment colors for a more natural, lifelike appearance.

In addition to photo display, the Transcend PF810 even provides ability to play music and videos. It comes bundled with a full-featured MP3 player and an FM radio, enabling users to listen to music at the background while viewing the photos.

Other than that, the digital photo frame also allows users to either hook-in a wide range of memory card or USB flash drives into a built-in USB host connector. With this, the display device automatically locates and plays all music, pictures, and video clips available on the card or drive.

Apart from the above mentioned features, the classic PF810 digital photo frame has an alarm clock and electronic calendar as well.

Transcend has maintained its silence on the price and release date of the Classic PF810 digital photo frame.
