Samsung SyncMaster 2233Hz and 2243Hz

Expanding the SyncMaster family, Samsung launched two new monitors, dubbed SyncMaster 2233Hz and SyncMaster 2243Hz.

Based on enhanced Motion Picture Accelerator (MPA) technology, both the monitors promise to produce clear images. The technology minimizes ghosting effects and improves the image quality of LCD monitors.

Both the monitors feature include 22-inch widescreen, 9 minutes motion picture response time (MPRT), high resolution of 1680 x 1050, dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000:1 along with 300cd brightness and 16.7M color support. They also sport D-sub/DVD-D input connectors, MagicBright3,Off timer, Image Size Colour Effect, Customised key, MagicWizard & MagicTune with Asset Management, Windows Vista Premium, DVI with HDCP and Safe Mode (DownScaling in UXGA).

Moreover, the both the monitors are compatible with both B2B and B2C market demands.

The SyncMaster 2243Hz monitor comes with four USB ports and MagicRotation to re-orient the display if you turn physically turn the screen, while the 2233Hz employs two USB ports without any rotation functionality. The 2243Hz display has a curvier shape, whereas the 2233Hz possesses a square form factor.

No word on pricing and availability of the Samsung SyncMaster 2233Hz and 2243Hz monitors.
