Touch of Color Monitors Unveiled by Samsung

Samsung has released its latest range of desktop monitors, termed as Touch of Colors that consists of T190, T220, T240 and T260, in the US. Developed for design-conscious markets, the high-end professional LCD displays boast to have multi screen functionality, ensuring consumers to divide the screen into different workstations, sorting programs and projects. With this they can enhance the productivity with no additional software required.

The TOC monitors are pre-installed with SoftPower off function that can instantly put the monitor into standby mode, while expending only 0.3 watts of power. They also employ enhanced picture features such as a maximum contrast ratio of 20,000:1, MagicColor intelligent color control and MagicBright Dynamic Contrast control. These ultra-sleek monitors provide custom, user-selectable capabilities that include aspect ratio adjustments, new MagicTune functions for display settings and hot keys too.

While, the T190, T220 include 2ms GTG response, the T240, T260 have 5ms response that offers blur-free imagery. The T240 and T260 also provide an HDMI connection that supports peripheral devices and lower power consumption capabilities in Operating Mode.

It is believed that the TOC monitors have the advance Samsung signature style with a unique edge, uncluttered minimalist design and a deep ruby red infusion that complements its piano-black, glossy finish giving it a blown glass look.

The T220 costing $359 (approx. Rs. 14,360) and T190 priced at $259 (approx. Rs. 10,360) are available in the market, whereas T240 priced at $499 (approx. Rs. 19,960) and T260 retailing for $599 (approx. Rs. 23,960), are expected to hit the shelves by July.
