ViewSonic is all set to introduce its wide range of electronic products such as LCD, LED desktop, 1080p HDTVs, digital photo frames and a high-end home theater projector.
In its new LED desktop line, the company will showcase the 22-inch widescreen monitor dubbed the VLED221wm featuring 12000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
Coming to the LCD TVs, ViewSonic plans to demonstrate the 90 series that includes 26-inch N2690w, 32-inch N3290w, 42-inch N4290w, 47-inch N4790w and 52-inch N5290w. These models bundle built-in ATSC/NTSC/QAM TV tuner with precision 3D comb filter, motion adaptive de-interlacing, HDMI 1.3 and digital noise reduction to offer consistent, high-quality digital video pictures.
In addition to the 90 series, the 30 series consists of models likes 15.6-inch N1630w, 19-inch N1930w and 22-inch N2230w. These LCD TVs deliver dual-purpose HDTV/PC displays, for smaller living spaces such as the kitchen, office, den or RV. Moreover, the 19-inch and 22-inch products come with the super HD panel resolution of up to 68 percent more pixel performance than traditional high definition LCD TV resolution. These displays also provide high-definition digital video content with the help of an integrated ATSC/NTSC/QAM TV tuner, and comprehensive inputs including component video “S,” composite video and a DVI-compatible HDMI port.
ViewSonic will also present 47-inch N4785p and 42-inch N4285p LCD HDTVs that bring an image resolution of 1920X1080pixels for true 1080p capability and boasts a 6.5ms response time for extreme clarity in fast-action movies and sporting events.
Next in the list of consumer products is Desktop displays that comprises of the 22-inch widescreen VLED221wm desktop monitor with LED backlight that comes with color experts, graphic designers, multi-media editors and gamers with color precision and reproduction. The model gives 12000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and premium color reproduction of 118 percent of the NTSC color gamut. It is said that the VLED221wm addresses environmental concerns as it eliminates the harmful mercury used in traditional displays.
A day back, we reported about the VP 50 series that ViewSonic will display at CES 2008. Furthermore, the stylish 26-inch VX2640w that boasts 3ms video response time, 4000:1 dynamic contrast ratio (typ), 1080p full HD native resolution and color saturation nearly 25 percent better as compared to the traditional displays. The company also showcases VX 62 series that claims to deliver high quality color performance and 6000:1 dynamic contrast ratio (typ).
Digital photo frames such as 7-inch DP701W4, 8-inch DF88W and traditional 8-inch DF87G are the other products that ViewSonic will display at CES.
Lastly, the Pro8100 home theater projector from the ViewSonic’s Precision Color system is also added to the product line for CES. It offers full HD 1080p resolution, 13,000:1 contrast ratio (typ), 1000 lumens of brightness, auto iris, and full HD optics. It sports a proprietary image enhancement technology with ground-breaking video processing.
In 2008, ViewSonic is expected to bring the most technologically advanced and innovative product lines for the Indian market.
