LG Electronics has announced the FlatronWide L206WU USB-based monitor.
The new 20-inch LG monitor will feature a contrast ratio of 3000:1. Also, it will incorporate 170 degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. Besides, the monitor will also accept DVI and VGA over USB for five more displays.
Normally these kinds of USB based monitors face little lag due to USB restrictions, which results in improper extra USB display options. Hopefully LG and its partner DisplayLink have found out a solution to this problem.
LG has not revealed other details such as pricing and availability. Also the launch date has not been announced. The only thing that’s known is that the upcoming LG FlatronWide L206WU USB-based Monitor will be launched in North America initially.
