Today Fujifilm’s USA division announced the availability of two new cameras, the F40fd and the Z10fd.
The F40fd is a 12MP camera having a slim body. It features 3x zoom and 7th generation CCD sensor. The camera is also equipped with, focus and expose correctly for 10 faces in frame. Besides, the removal of red eye, it offers to capture faces at extreme angles of 135-degrees.
Also, the Fujifilm F40fd camera incorporates features such as Dual Image Stabilization, Face Detection 2.0 Technology with Automatic Red Eye Removal function, and ISO settings of up to ISO 6400. The F40fd is priced at $300 (approx 12,100 INR), which is too less than the price of most 12 MP cameras. The camera also has an integrated xD / SD / SD-HC compatible slot to store captured images.
Other camera Z10fd camera must be one of the most attractive looking device, to be found in Fujifilm’s collection. This is a 7MP camera having 3x optical zoom and a 2.5-inch LCD screen. With still images the camera also records video.
Moreover, this fashion oriented camera features slideshow mode, face detection tech with auto red eye removal, IR beaming. Also, it features blogging mode that reduces a picture’s size to 640×480 or 320 x 240 making images easy to share with email, blogs or other websites. Like F40fd, the Z10fdalso features xD / SD / SD-HC slot for extra memory.
The Z10fd will be available in colors like, Wave Blue, Wasabi Green, Hot Pink, Sunset Orange, and Midnight Black from September end at the price of $199.95 (approx Rs. 8,070).
