Accumulating worldwide media distinction, Asus has recently unveiled its new series of motherboards ‘Asus M4A89’ featuring Core Uncloker innovation – an intuitive solution for unlocking latent cores on AMD CPUs.

Just to notify, the Core Unlocker technology is developed by Asus to easily activate latent AMD CPU cores. Without requiring any additional upgrades, Asus motherboards with Core Unlocker render enhanced performance by unlocking extra CPU cores. For an instant processing boost, users can simply turn on a switch on the new M4A89 Series.

“Whether users are looking for extreme performance, exceptional value, or an affordable platform, the M4A89 Series will be able to meet all their needs,” stated Joe Hsieh, general manager of Asus Motherboard Business Unit.

Based on the new AMD 890 chipset and Socket AM3, the M4A89 Series will lend support to upcoming 6-core Phenom II processors to offer better performance and multi-tasking capabilities. In addition, the offering accommodates ATI CrossFireX and Nvidia Hybrid CrossFireX technology for amazing graphics rendering.

Further, the series comes equipped with the latest USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gbps transmission technology for accelerated data transfers and rapid reading and writing of data from the hard disk drive.

As of now, there’s no official word on the pricing and availability details of Asus M4A89 motherboards.
