Sony Ericsson India has announced the availability of its 8.1 megapixel camera phone, the C905 Cyber-shot.

Sony Ericsson’s first dual front slider Cyber-shot sports a wide range of photographic functionality such as Xenon flash, face detection, up to 16x digital zoom, auto-focus, smart contrast and image stabilizer, Red-eye reduction and unique sliding lens mechanism. More camera attributes include BestPic, Photo fix, Photo flash, Photo light, video stabilizer, video record, video light, picture and video blogging, photo feeds and PicBridge printing.

Other features of the C905 phone include a 2.4-inch scratch-resistant display (240×320 pixel 262,144 color TFT screen), 2 GB Memory Stick Micro (M2), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS capability with geo-tagging photos, media player with support for MP3 and AAC file formats, FM radio RDS, TV-Out Cable ITC-60 to double up as a TV box, Java, 3D games, and access to NetFront Web Browser with social networking sites to upload images on online blogs.

It also comes with a CCR-70 USB adapter that allows users to transfer photos to-and-from the computer.

Available in Night Black, Ice Silver and Copper Gold colors, the Sony Ericsson C905 Cyber-shot handset carries a price tag of Rs.34,495 in India.
