AirLive has expanded its outdoor CPE series by launching its latest AirMax5 CPE. This 5GHz 108Mbps Wireless outdoor CPE comes with integrated 23dBm 802.11a 108Mbps radio that can operate in turbo A and super A modes.
Airmax5 can transmit data over and beyond three kilometer area owing to its two 14dBi antennas coupled with high-quality firmware. These 14dBi antennas can enable vertical, horizontal or diversity polarization. One can also connect an external R-SMA port for greater area coverage. The incorporated PCBA slides out easily for easy maintenance.
The AirLive device is claimed to deliver high-quality performance at an affordable price. The superior quality intelligent circuit board facilitates continuous connection thereby enabling the system to run effectively and cut-down over-consumption of power.
The operating system of the device is based on Atheros Original drivers. These drivers along with other features enhance the durability and functionality of the firmware.
AirMax5 bundles up Antenna Alignment LED to help quick installation, bandwidth control, double mounting system, durable weather case along with high quality passive PoE. This PoE technology transfers up to 100m energy from the power source.
