Yet another gaming laptop for enthusiasts, the Origin PC EON17-X has arrived with claims to offer a powerful performance. The device is now available for purchase and the company will be releasing its 3D variant with a built-in emitter in the second quarter of this year.
The gaming notebook has been fitted with a configurable backlit keyboard featuring two lighting zones and seven different colors. It employs the Intel X79 chipset and second generation Intel Hexcore processors under the hood. The device is also capable of supporting up to 32GB 1333MHz Corsair quad channel memory as well as up to 16GB 1866MHz Corsair Vengeance quad channel memory.

The portable PC is aimed at gamers, professionals, enthusiasts and artists. The discrete graphics performance of the gaming device can be attributed to the integration of up to dual Nvidia GeForce 580M graphics cards in SLI configuration with Origin Professional overclocking. As it can hold three hard drives, users can have a total of 3TB storage space on the notebook.
The customized Origin PC EON17-X price is tagged at around $3,159 (approx. Rs. 1,55,635). Besides a 1 – 3 free part replacement warranty, the company provides 24/7 phone and online services in the U.S.
