Acer Aspire One 751 netbook Spotted and to launch in May

 Acer Aspire One 751 Netbook Last month, Acer had made an official announcement of the 11.6-inch netbook, though the name of the computing device was missing. An update of the same news has landed on the media soil stating that the 11.6-inch netbook has been listed on the Acer’s German site with a name tag of Aspire One 751.

With no changes in the features, the site confirms that the device is powered by the Intel Atom Z520 processor and features the Microsoft Windows XP Home operating system, Intel’s US15W Express chipset and up to 2GB of RAM. It has a high-definition 11.6-inch Acer Crystal Brite LED backlight TFT LCD screen with a 1366×768 pixel resolution (16:9 aspect ratio) and packs in a 5.1 channel audio system with Dolby headphones, a multi-in-one card reader and an optional Bluetooth connectivity, stated SlashGear.

Other connectivity options include the Acer InviLink 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Acer SignalUp wireless technology and 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet.

At just 1-inch of thinness, the 751 gives rest to a flat and clear Acer keyboard, Acer Crystal Eye webcam, 160GB 2.5-inch HDD and two built-in stereo speakers.

Moreover, both the 3-cell and 6-cell batteries are compatible with the netbook that offers an estimated operational time of up to 8 hours. It stands at 284 x 198 x 25.4mm (W x D x H) and wears shades like black diamond, sapphire blue, ruby red and mussel white.

Acer’s Aspire One 751 netbook is said to be priced at £349 (approx. Rs. 25,675) and is expected to reach the stores by mid-May.
