Highlighting features such as extended battery life and impregnable security features, the sturdy and robust computing device is powered by a 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and runs on the Windows Vista operating system. It is equipped with ShockShield Data Protection, spill-proof keyboard, AI Pre-boot Finger Logon with the in-built fingerprint scanner to authorize the system, and Anti-theft technology to track stolen notebook.
It even promises to offer up to 90% of charge in a mere 90 minutes, thanks to the Asus Xpress Charge. Further, the embedded Scene Switch helps to easily switch between personal and business desktop modes for effortless operation.
Apart from that, the P30A packs in up to 4GB DDR2 SDRAM, 250GB/350GB SATA HDD and an ultra-slim DVD drive. Additional features include a 13.3-inch 16:9 HD with Asus Splendid Video Intelligence technology, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and an integrated Bluetooth V2.1+EDR. It has a built-in 3G/3.5G Antenna support, Intel WiMAX/Wi-Fi Link and a HDMI port as well.
It stands at 32.3 x 23.2 x 2.61cm (W x D x H) and weighs 1.5kg.
